Aligyijaen Productions (Myanmar)

Background:Aligyijaen (which has no meaning), founded by Ulyaengapyi Gyegchimyong is a company which decides to make horror films both in high-budget DVDs and modern cinemas. The company stopped progress in 2011 due to the last logo's nature.

1st Logo

(1998-2004)

Nicknames: "The Tiger from Hell", "Tiger Gate", "Lightning Tiger"

Logo: On a black background, we see a lightning crack twice. The golden gate zooms in and opens. Next, a tiger jumps to this logo and it freezes when another lightning stuck. Then...

in white fades in under. You could see the posterized tiger with a white scratch mark in a white-outline box. Finally there goes the sole effect.

FX/SFX: This is great animation for something made on the late 90's...

Cheesy Factor: Except for the sole effect they did made at the end. It looks like someone made it on Adobe Flash, even if it didn't exist at the time.

Music/Sounds: A lightning sound which opens a fast evil-sounding orchestra, terminating with a gunshot, and then a gong at the same time. A sound of a tiger accompanies this.

Availability: Rare, bordering on extinct. If you go to Myanmar and go to a very poor city's memory store, it's likely that it caresses this logo.

Scare Factor: Low to high. Seeing this on a black background around with the music and the tiger would definetly scare someone who's not interested on it's genre. The effects can also get to some too, along with the final result, which is just as tacky or very loosely made. This is only getting worse with the next logo.

2nd Logo

Nicknames: "The Buddhist Man", "Naked Man", "WHAT THE HELL DID THIS?!?!?!", "Bloody Suicide Productions", "The Massacre from Hell", "The Personification of All That is Gone Way Too Far"

Logo: On a greenish-light blue sky with a gray floor, we see a naked Buddhist man falling on the ground. A hand quickly spanks the man's butt five times too hard as his it goes red. The man screamed and moved. Then, he gets a knife, stabs himself in the body, screams and then he exploded with blood splattering everywhere. "ALIGYIJAEN" in a dark-green, stone-textured, Times New Roman font whooshes in from the left, with particles making the text and thunder-like strobe flashing. At the same time, "PRODUCTIONS" also does the same as the previous text too, except it goes from the right.

FX/SFX: Everything which was made with very good and extraordinaire animation for the time.....

Cheesy Factor: ....But what if that was too much scandalous for the time?! Let's just say it on perspective - Is it true that the guy who commited suicide was a buddhist man only for it's hair? The spanking of the butt seems too dangerous for the sight of people. You do realize that we can see barely who's doing such a massacre thing on the logo and all the gore doesn't fit for the name of the company - and at the same time, it has too much that people complainted about it (but not that much) and confused it with what it's supposed to be traditional ketchup. For terminating, the creators of this logo are godly insane while creating that logo. The final result, confirmed to us, is the final absence of life because of the volume being so upwards and the effects more than seizure-inducing.

Music/Sounds: A horror orchestral theme (mainly violins) with sounds that fit the killing of the guy who commited suicide, along with some other sounds which make the logo more scarier. To end this, an explosion of blood is heard as it stops the theme and then a reversed whoosh which gets more louder until we hear an VERY loud whoosh.

Availability: Unknown, possibly scarce bordering on rare.

Scare Factor: Nightmare, possibly even off the scale. The horror theme seems to make things worse, along with the gore and blood that don't fit through the company name, and the seizure-inducing flashing and ultra-loud sound effects makes this one of the scariest unsuitable logos ever created. The inappropriate subject matter featuring the Buddhist man committing suicide can make this a major part of the scare factor, although it considers to be intentional for the company's genre.
