Background: ITV Videotape Distribution started up in 1989, releasing a few Betamax releases and some videotapes until 1995, when the company disappeared.

1st Logo (1989-1993)

Logo: Same as the ITV logo from 1989-1998, but the river and logo are sepia-toned and the words "VIDEOTAPE DISTRIBUTION" are seen below.

FX/SFX: Same as the 1989-1998 ITV logo.

Music/Sounds: Same as the 1989-1998 ITV logo.

Availability: Extremely rare.

Scare Factor: Same as the 1989-1998 ITV logo, but it gets awful with the next logo.

2nd Logo (1993-1995)

Nickname: "Abstract V of Doom"

Logo: On a blue background, we see a abstract V flying around the screen, leaving a trail of coloured V letters. The colours are grey, lavender, blue, black, grey, green, yellow, white, purple and orange, coming to a stop in the middle of the screen. The words "ITV VIDEOTAPE DISTRIBUTION PRESENTS" appear in yellow.

Variant: There was a variant in which the logo zoomed in too fast at the end.

FX/SFX: The V flying and leaving the trail and the words appearing. The zooming in on the variant.

Cheesy Factor: The abstract V flying is awful animation. The most worst part is that they don't even bother making the "ITV VIDEOTAPE DISTRIBUTION PRESENTS" text do something when it comes in, it just appears.

Music/Sounds: A awful synth tune, followed by the 1989-1998 ITV logo music.

Availability: Very rare. Appears at the start and end of most ITV tapes. Some of them have gone out-of-print.

Scare Factor: Medium to nightmare, due to the awful synth tune and the cheap animation.
