1st Logo (1973-1978)
FX/SFX: Everything on this logo, all done with cheap 2D animation.
Cheesy Factor: The thunders included on this logo seem very outdated for it's era, the LU looks more like a square with an antenna, and for the music, just wow.
Music/Sounds: An ascending groovy synth note, following timpanis, a thunder and a big band theme accompanying a disjointed but very rhythmical synth fanfare with sounds of the lazers and antenna transmitters, and then to finish, a gong sound with some burst and beep sounds in the end, all of these with a conjoint with a train sound and a "tick-tack" ascending synth.
Availability: Seen on The Battle of Wits, Snow White's Low Bay, The Elements of The Black Valley and The Perfect Southeastern Toro, among other films released by the time, such as the Lukkaria Wanderers saga and television series.
Scare Factor: Medium to high. Everything on this logo seems rather anticlimatic along with the thunderbolts, lazers, and the text appearing and zooming out to us with a shadowy effect, which adds to the creepiness of the logo. However, it may give babies and those who aren't used to it nightmares, but otherwise you might consider it a cool logo somewhat whether you like it or not, and it's lower for those who used to it.
2nd Logo (1978-1980, 1983)
Music/Sounds: Same as the Lau Brothers Film Co. Logo.
