Background: Magnetic Productions is a Canadian film and television production company founded in 1992.

1st Logo (1992-1999)

Nickname: "Boring Logo", "ViD Warning"

Logo: On a white background, we see a red arrowhead pointing up, with the grey text "MAGNETIC" below it in a Palatino-like stencil serif font.

FX/SFX: None.

Music/Sounds: None or the end theme of the show.

Availability: Seen on "Russian America (1992-1998)" before the ViD logo. Also seen on the first few episodes of "Annabelle!"

2nd Logo (1999-2006)

Nickname: "Magnetic Text of Doom", "MΛGNΣTIC."

Logo: On a black background with thunder, we see the grey rusted metallic text "MAGNETIC." (stylized as "MΛGNΣTIC.") spinning in 3D as the camera zooms out, until it is magnetically attracted to a shiny version of the same text. The thunder strikes the text, causing it to glow faintly. As the glow fades out, the thunder suddenly stops.

FX/SFX: The thunder and the text spinning and glowing.


  • There is a more common short version, which starts a few seconds before the text stops spinning.
  • On later episodes of "Annabelle!", there is a very short version which starts when the thunder strikes the text.

Music/Sounds: Lightning sounds while the thunder is on-screen, a whoosh as the text spins, a cymbal crash when the text is magnetically attracted, a loud thundercrack when the lightning strikes the text, and another cymbal crash when the lightning stops. The short version's music starts during the last few seconds of the whoosh, and the very short version has the end credits music.

3rd Logo (2006-)

Nickname: "Another Boring Logo", "Stylized M"

Logo: On a white/light gray gradient background, we see a red, violet, and Petty blue stylized "M", with the dark gray text "MAGNETIC" in a Futura-like font below.

FX/SFX: None. The segments appearing and the text fading in for the animated version.


  • There is an animated version where the stylized "M" appears in segments and then the text fades in below it.

Music/Sounds: None. A short 5-note tune for the animated version.

Availability: The still version was seen on most episodes of the last season of "Annabelle!"; the animated version is seen on "Annabelle Johannsen: The Movie" (2014) and a bunch of French-language animated films that were only released in Quebec.
