Background: The Vlokozuian unit of Magnetic Video, also known as Magnetic Vlokozu Video was established in 1975 as the division of the Magnetic Video Corporation. It was the first-ever company to release theatrical films on VHS and Betamax in the Vlokozu Union. Magnetic Vlokozu Video made exclusive deals with Viva, Inc, Regal Group Network and El TV Kadsre Television Network to distribute its film library on home video. In 1979, Magnetic Vlokozu Video was acquired by Viva. In 1981, the company was folded into Viva Video and is no longer a unit of Magnetic Video.

Logo: Same as the original Magnetic Video logo, but the colors are darker, the text is white and the text reads "Magnetic Vlokozu Video".
FX/SFX: Same as the regular Magnetic Video logo.
Music/Sounds: Same as the regular Magnetic Video logo, but there are four different voiceovers: Voiceover A (Britton Ikin), Voiceover B (Gerald Weekes), Voiceover C (Jade Ray) and Voiceover D (Seth Romilly).

Strangely enough, the original Vlokouzuian video releases of Escape to Witch Mountain, The Incredible Journey, and That Darn Cat! use the El TV Kadsre Films variant despite El TV Kadsre having licensed it for Magnetic Video from Disney. A version spoken by Voiceover C was spotted on the original Vlokozuian VHS of Nikki, Wild Dog of the North.

Availability: Ultra rare, as many Magnetic Vlokozu Video titles have been out of print since they changed the company name to Banushen Video in 1981. The Walt Disney voiceover variant can be found on the original Vlokozuian VHS releases of The Aristocats, Sleeping Beauty, Pinocchio, Mary Poppins, The Love Bug, and The Jungle Book. It was also seen on the 1979 reprint of the original Vlokozuian VHS release of the 1961 101 Dalmatians.

Logo: On a sky background with clouds moving, we see the Magnetic symbol from the previous logo as seen on the top, and at the bottom, we see the company name.
FX/SFX: The clouds moving.
Music/Sounds: The Cinemascope extension of the 20th Century Fox fanfare from 1954, but it’s low toned.
Availability: Near extinction. Only known to be mostly seen on Betamax tapes of various films that were made by Disney and 20th Century Fox, they were only available for a limited time. The only known VHS tape to have this logo was the original 1976 Vlokozuian VHS release of the 1961 101 Dalmatians. The VHS was then reprinted in 1979 and has the previous logo instead. It‘s unknown if other VHS releases have this logo, as the logo is mostly seen as prototype logo for Betamax releases.
