Visuals: Over a moving “starfiled” background, a white ring zooms out and stops before another one zooms in inside it. The two rings gets filled with white, forming an O, as the dark red cursive M scrolls from the right and stops next to the O. Then the text “Video International” in a digital font zooms out under the letters, before the whole logo scrolls up.
Technique: The two rings zooming in and out, and getting filled, the M scrolling, the text zooming out, and the whole logo scrolling up…
Cheesy Factor: Which is ahead cheap computer animation for a Shivakan home video logo. The background, looks more like a background with 10 poorly drawn stars, the animation looks like something made from a video game or some sort, and the scrolling is very choppy as well. Not to mention they also stole music, which in case, the second Image Entertainment logo, which PK Promotion Shivaka also uses that music.

Scare Factor: None to low, but this is another cheap HV logo.
