Background[]
Producciones Tabit is a Mexican film company in the late 30's. It got renamed to Producciones Electra in the late 60's.
1st Logo (September 5, 1939-July 27, 1958)[]
Visuals: Starting off with a black background, a tall "P" is seen at the left side of the screen drawing itself. When this is done, the letters "RODUCCIONES" in a Art Deco font appears one by one on top of the "P", followed by a wavy line drawn at the bottom during this. After this, the text "Tabit" zooms in under the line next to the "P".
Variants:
- On La Morjes De Cenco, the logo is still.
- On Hanjaros, the line is straight.
- On Ma Manicos, the logo is in-credit.
Technique: Traditional animation.
Audio: A tradition 11-note Mexican trumpet jingle, with the last note being held out when the text zooms in.
Availability:
- Seen on Lo Hombres El Lacas, La Morjes De Cenco, Yuka Sambos, Hanjaros, Pacoes De Limorta, Temors De Ram, El Sano El Pino and Incoes Mino.
- The In-credit version was only seen on Ma Manicos.
2nd Logo (March 7, 1960-1967)[]
Visuals: On a black background, there is a connected "pt" with the "t" under the "p". The company's name in a script stacked font is seen next to it.
Variants:
- On Zaic, the text is under it and is in a different font.
- A color version exist, were the background is blue and the letters are yellow.
Technique: A still printed image.
Audio: None or the opening theme.
Availability:
- Seen on Hiaco, Saiman Maos, El Puvitre, Zaic, and Muchos de Laveria.
- The colorized version was seen on Abartos.
