Background: Sinister Animation is a division of XPK Productions that was formed in 2010 by Xavier Pikes-King.
(2012- )
Nickname: "Weiss Global Rip-Off"
Logo: We see about a second of blackness first. Then, seven different angular shapes, forming an abstract "SA," appear on the black screen , in white, one at a time, except for the "A" which quickly snakes to the right , up a little at an angle, and then straight up (and also appears last). The text "SINISTER ANIMATION" and the XPK Productions byline, in a Courier New font, with all but the byline "A XPK PRODUCTIONS COMPANY" in a Arial Black font below the "SA" after that, and then fades away.
Variant: There is also a short version of the logo where the logo is sped-up.
FX/SFX: The shapes appearing and the text fading.
Chessy Factor: The logo is very retro, mainly due to the sound effects, primitive '70s animation and shaky film quality. Also, the S looks like a robotic fist.
Music/Sounds: Same as the Weiss Global Enterprises logo.
Availability: The long version is seen on Xaiver's Video: Donkey Kong Country and the short version is seen on the animated series Beauty and the Beast. Intact on homemade VHS releases of Xaiver's Video: Donkey Kong Country and the animated series Beauty and the Beast.
Scare Factor: Same as the Weiss Global Enterprises logo.
