Background: TWW Animation (also known as TWW Entertainment) is a British computer animation and design company based in Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom (Videlectrix Cardiff) and New York, New York, USA (Videlectrix USA), which was formerly known as Videlectrix Entertainment prior to January 31, 2007. It produces computer-animated TV series and movies. They were best known for producing the first ever half-hour CGI animated series ReStart, as well as the acclaimed Robochangers spin-off Animal Wars. In recent years, they have also become known for producing most of the Melissa film series for ToyCorp. On September 16, 2003, Trigon Program Services (TPS), a division of MTM Media, acquired a stake in Videlectrix Entertainment. It was completed on December 2, 2003. On August 31, 2006, MTM Corp. sold MTM Entertainment to Veritas Media and it was renamed to Cloudz Media (now Cloudz Distribution). On July 31, 2006, TWW Capital Limited Partnership, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TWW Income Fund, acquired 62% of Videlectrix from Cloudz with TWW acquiring 38%. On August 29, 2006, TWW and TWW Income Fund announced a merger, with TWW acquiring 38% of Videlectrix, and by January 31, 2007 they were renamed to their current name. The Videlectrix label was later revived in 2014 as TWW's television division. In 2016, TWW acquired animation studio Carbombya Studios, with both companies becoming part of their new holding company, known as MEOW! Unlimited Media Inc.
