Background: Take Me There Productions is a production company that is owned by Bushroot Andrews formed in August 1989. The first production was Parox, released December 19, 1990, but logo wasn't used until the release of Moonlight.

1st Logo (December 11, 1992-May 20, 1994) Logo: On a black background, two streaks of blue flame come from the left and right, and then collide, causing a red explosion. The blue words "TAKE ME THERE" and "PRODUCTIONS" rise from the flame line from top and bottom of it respectively, with lines on top and bottom of "PRODUCTIONS". Then, a blue outlining of the Reptar Wagon with the Pickles (from Rugrats) standing in front of a couple of rock structures with the sun behind it rises from "TAKE ME THERE". As this happens, the majority of the company name turns yellow, leaving only a hint of blue and white on top of "TAKE ME THERE". The logo flashes.

Variants:

  • A still version appears at the end credits of Moonlight.
  • On Star Trek: Pollizer, the logo is almost still with the logo flashing.

FX/SFX: The flame, the explosion (which is hand-drawn), the company name coming from the flame, the knight rising, and the sword shining.

Music/Sounds: When the streaks of flame come, there is a crying noise, with a "POW!" at the explosion. When the logo rises, there is a synth theme with creaking noises. When the logo flashes, there is a hip-hop tune.

Availability: Seen on films of the era such as Moonlight, The Man Without Jo, Lozz Wars, and Star Trek: Pollizer.

Scare Factor: Medium, bordering on high, the dramatics, the fire and explosion and the theme may scare a few, but the cartoon explosion may be easy to draw for cartoonists. Minimum for the still versions.

2nd Logo (December 16, 1994- )

Logo: We first see lightning striking in the right side of the screen. A video of the first seconds of Take Me There music video by Blackstreet Ft. Mya, Mase, & Blinky Blink slowing down, and lightning strikes again. Then, the video stops where the Reptar Wagon stands next to Tommy Pickles (from Rugrats) and becomes a picture. The camera zooms out revealing the picture is in the box, and lightning forms the word "TAKE ME THERE" (in the Trajan typeface). The word "PRODUCTIONS" (in spaced-out letters) appears below.

FX/SFX: The lightnings and their animation looks very professional.

Variants:

  • On the UK and Austraila prints of films starting in 2000, the word "PRODUCTIONS" was omitted. However, some movies have the normal version instead.
  • Some foreign releases replace the term "PRODUCTIONS" with "MOBIUS DISTRIBUTION INTERNATIONAL".
  • A rare closing print version exists.

Music/Sounds: Same as the 2nd Icon Productions logo theme.

Availability: Common. The logo first appeared at the beginning of Star Tribute, and appears on films such as Paradox, What Men Want, Passion of the Log, The PINGAS Maker, and more. A shortened version appeared on two short-lived shows from 2004: MBC's The New 100 Deeds for Eddie McDowd and EBS's Mooby Cat. An international version is rare and was seen on The PINGAS Maker.

Scare Factor: Medium to high, the lightning may scare some people. However, it will remind you of the Jimmy the Idiot Boy Pictures "Good I Miss You Video In The Louvre!" logo.
