Logo: Same as Utraksh Cinema but the text now says "This Film Pvt. Ltd.".
Technique/Cheesy Factor: Animation from the Utraksh Cinema logo, really cheesy animation for 1994. They blatantly stole the entire Utraksh Cinema logo and just placed their own text on it, and the text are crudely drawn as well. This is on par with Wachan Films.
Music/Sounds: Same as Utraksh Cinema.
Availability: Seen on Jagya Mar.
Scare Factor: Low, because of the music and animation. But you be laughing at the stolen footage.
